LAGO is hiring qualified line chefs for our growing company. Take your culinary career to the next level in this dynamic restaurant kitchen.Applicants must:- be punctual- have reliable transportation- have two years of upscale dining experience- cook vegetables with care and meats to proper temperatures-be self motivated with saute and pantryThe application process consists of both a standard interview and a working interview/stage.Requirements2+ years of experience preparing and cooking food, six months in a similar position. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for up to nine hours. Have no problem bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Culinary degree is preferred. ServeSafe certification is preferred. Catering experience is beneficial.
