Employs Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms to make data driven decisions. Effectively monitors the current resale market to compete.RESULTSDrives Results; Action Oriented Leads day-to-day store operations to consistently meet or exceed sales and budget goals by prioritizing work, monitoring performance, and taking decisive action when results are off track. Plans and flexes personal schedule to meet business needs while maintaining work / life balance.Optimizes Work Processes Ensures merchandise is rotated, priced, and displayed effectively by continuously improving store processes that support sales growth and operational efficiency.Ensures Accountability; Manages Risk Protects company assets and maintains a safe, clean, and positive work environment by enforcing loss-prevention practices and safety standards.Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent desirable. 3-5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a management role. Experience in production and operations management required. Knowledge of resale/thrift market is a plus.
