PT Barista/ Cashier

BaristaDescriptionThe role of a barista extends beyond just making coffee. At Lori's Recharged, you will provide a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most. You will provide products and services that nurture, inspire, and comfort. As a Barista in our Recharged coffee shops, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging from the heart while creating and serving delicious beverages.What you will do:Provide excellent customer service by practicing GUEST standards (Greet, Understand, Educate, Suggest, and Thank)Take guest orders and process payments using the point of sale (POS)Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothiesPrepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and saladsEnsure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensilsFollow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beveragesMaintain inventory of supplies and restock as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operationsWhat you will need:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail for accurate order taking and preparationBasic math skills for cash handling and retail transactionsAbility to work well in a team settingKnowledge of food handling and safety regulations preferredPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feet up to eight hours/dayRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 30 lbsWorking in a small spaceThis is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and may not necessarily comprise all the functions for purposes of the ADA.Salary Description20-25 hours per weekdays & weekends
