As a Marketing Expert, you'll build long-horizon marketing tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth.Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open-ended essays, no subjective judgment calls. Expect to build scenarios across:Campaign execution: SEO content briefs meeting defined structural specs, email sequences with explicit trigger and merge-field rules, UTM-tagged campaigns against a naming conventionProduct marketing: battlecards with required competitive fields, case studies fact-checked against source interviews, positioning docs populated against a structured framework like JTBDContent operations: keyword research with verifiable volumes, editorial calendars enforcing publishing rules, fact-checkable product claimsThese scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.Who we're looking for3+ years in content, product, demand-gen, or brand marketingExpertise in one or more of the following: SEO and content marketing, email and lifecycle marketing (HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io), product marketing (positioning, battlecards, launches), demand generation, brand and social marketingComfortable reading and producing marketing artifacts: campaign briefs, landing pages, nurture flows, positioning docs, case studiesClear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubricsLocated in the United States or CanadaCompensation$55-80 / hr depending on domain depth and prior experience.
