This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced neurology providers in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on exceptional patient care and professional growth.This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced APPs and motivated new graduates with a neurology background or strong interest in neuroscience care.Position HighlightsLocation: Kernersville Neurology1730 Kernersville Medical Parkway, Kernersville, NCPractice Setting: 100% outpatient neurologySchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM36 clinical hours per weekCall Rotation: Clinic-based neurology call approximately once every 3 monthsNo inpatient or onsite call responsibilities at Kernersville Medical CenterWeekend/Holiday Coverage: Only as needed for call rotationTeam Structure: Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs with extensive neurology experienceTraining & Support: Strong onboarding and onsite mentorship availableWork-Life Balance: Predictable outpatient schedule with a supportive team cultureQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programLicensed or eligible for licensure in North CarolinaOpen to both experienced providers and new graduates with neurology exposure or related clinical backgroundNo RNFA required - this is a non-surgical outpatient positionWhy Join Novant Health?At Novant Health, we believe remarkable care starts with remarkable people. What We're Looking ForQualificationsEducation: Master's degree required. Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program required.Experience: Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates with neurology exposure or related clinical background.Licensure/Certification:Current PA license in the applicable state requiredNCCPA certification requiredCurrent DEA registration requiredAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to successfully complete organization-wide and department-specific competency validation and skills assessmentsStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, leadership, and interdisciplinary care teamsCommitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environmentAdditional specialty-specific training and onboarding support provided onsite as needed Job Opening ID 163685
