SAP Functional Consultant

Location:Harrisburg, PASalary:$125,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:Our client is currently seeking a SAP Functional Consultant.The RoleAs an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant within our SAP Center of Excellence, you'll be the bridge between business needs and system capabilities. You'll own end-to-end functional design, configuration, and support across SAP modules - using SAP Activate methodology to drive fit-gap analysis, specs, and testing on both implementation and ongoing enhancement projects.This is a hands-on role with real impact: you'll work closely with stakeholders, ABAP developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals.What You'll DoTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA configurationsLead fit-gap analysis, functional design, and integration testing across end-to-end processesDevelop RICEFW specs and partner with development and integration teams on deliveryExecute unit testing, coordinate UAT, and manage defect resolutionProvide post-go-live support including incident management and root cause analysisMaintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and functional designs (ITIL-aligned)Deliver end-user training and create supporting materialsContribute to release management, transport coordination, and change controlMonitor SAP roadmap and release updates to surface enhancement opportunitiesCollaborate with COE, PMO, and technical teams on project planning and governanceWhat You Bring3+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience (configuration and support)Solid understanding of SAP business processes and integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applicationsFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology and ITIL service managementStrong communication skills and comfort engaging business stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldNice to HaveSAP module certificationExperience on SAP implementation or rollout projectsExposure to Agile or hybrid delivery modelsFamiliarity with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution ManagerBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industriesBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
