Success requires disciplined capture execution, strong customer engagement, and the ability to align technical differentiation with mission priorities.The core challenge: competing and winning in complex, high-value ($25M-$250M+) federal pursuits where positioning, timing, and execution determine outcomes.Position DescriptionAs a Capture Manager at Revolutional, you will serve as the strategic lead for competitive pursuits, owning capture execution from early shaping through submission.You will be responsible for developing win strategies, shaping opportunities pre-RFP, and driving coordinated execution across business development, proposal, and technical teams.This role requires someone who can operate in high-stakes environments, aligning stakeholders, building competitive positioning, and increasing probability of win (P-win) across the portfolio.ResponsibilitiesLead capture strategy and execution across National Security & Defense accountsShape opportunities prior to solicitation through direct engagement with SES-level and acquisition stakeholdersDevelop and execute detailed capture plans, including black hat analyses and price-to-win strategiesDrive teaming strategy aligned with customer mission priorities and solution positioningConduct competitive intelligence using GovWin, budget data, contract history, and acquisition toolsAlign technical, management, and pricing approaches to maximize probability of winLead capture reviews, gate decisions, and executive briefingsCollaborate with growth, technical, and executive leadership to strengthen competitive positioningTrack win rates and capture performance, incorporating lessons learned into future pursuitsEnvironmentFederal acquisition lifecycle (pre-RFP shaping through award)Full-and-open competitive environments ($25M-$250M+)National Security & Defense mission space (DHS, DoS, related agencies)Digital modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, and mission systems integrationGrowth platforms and tools (GovWin, Salesforce/TechnoMile, market intelligence tools)What You Bring (Requirements)Baseline RequirementsS.
