You'll combine deep SAP expertise with quality engineering principles to design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions that support compliance, manufacturing, and operational this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP S/4HANA capabilities align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and enterprise data standards. You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, driving process improvements, and supporting global operations in a regulated environment.What you'll doLead configuration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules including Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Document Management System (DMS), and Master Data Governance (MDG)Own and drive the Quality workstream within S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system design, implementation, and rolloutEnsure SAP processes and documentation comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standardsEstablish and maintain data governance practices to ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readinessManage engineering change control workflows and technical documentation within SAPPartner with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to align system capabilities with business requirementsLead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experienceProvide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staffDevelop training materials and provide ongoing support to SAP usersSupport reporting and analytics to monitor system performance, data quality, and operational metricsMinimum qualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of experience in engineering, ERP systems, or related roles5+ years of SAP experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementationsExperience configuring SAP modules such as QM, MM, and PPExperience working in regulated environments such as medical device, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industriesStrong understanding of data integrity, validation, and compliance within ERP systemsPreferred qualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldDeep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)Experience with SAP Activate and large-scale transformation programsFamiliarity with Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworksExperience supporting audits and regulatory inspectionsStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesAdditional informationAbility to manage multiple workstreams across global teams and time zonesWillingness to travel internationally as neededValid passport required or ability to obtain oneBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
