Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for aTest Managerfor acontract assignment with one of our premierBankingclients in Farmington Hills, MI or Frisco, TX. Hybrid scheduleResponsibilities Facilitate communication across teams within our IT organization, providing aggregated testing reports to senior managementOversee data integration testing for data migration projects from one enterprise organization to another enterprise organizationServe as an escalation point for the testing teams and ensures testing activities align with project timelines and quality standardsRequired Skills 8 years of formal testing experience with at least 5 years in a test management capacityMinimum 5 years of experience working in the financial services/banking domainExperience with SnowflakeExperience with data integration and data migration testing and working with file transferStrong communication skills and leadership background with demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional testing teamsAbility to develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and methodologies for data-migration projectsExperience utilizing project management tools (JIRA) and test case management systems (Qtest)Demonstrated expertise in tracking testing metrics, generating comprehensive reports, and presenting testing status to stakeholdersExperience coordinating testing activities with multiple downstream teams and systemsUnderstanding of automated configuration management, build processes, and requirements management toolsStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze and resolve complex data integration issuesExperience establishing standards and guidelines for automation tool selection and implementationSGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
