Years of Experience:Ten (10) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Demonstrated experience in all functional and technical requirements associated with IAT positionrequirements as specified in DoD Directive 8570.01-M, 8500 (Cybersecurity), 8510 (RMF), 8551 (PPSM),CJCSI 6510.01f (IA & CND), etc. Applies extensive knowledge of a variety of the IA field's concepts,practices, and procedures to ensure the secure integration and operations of all computer enclavesystems. Works independently to evaluate and solve complex IA related problems quickly andcompletely. Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software IA problems pertainingto the enclave environment. Prepares and/or oversees the preparation of IA certification andaccreditation documentation. Develops system-wide information security requirements based upon theanalysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands for complex network and enclave systems.Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine andpolicies. Provides leadership and guidance in the development, design and application of solutionsimplemented by more junior staff members. Qualification:Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASE) level II in accordance with DoD 8140Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering with at least 10 years ofexperience. Clearance:Secret The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 130,000 to 170,000. Final salary will be determinedbased on various factors.
