AI - Product Manager & Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking an AI - Product Manager and Leader to oversee execution of rule-based, probabilistic, and hybrid automation solutions.Duties Include:Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of RPA developers and AI engineersFoster a culture of innovation, responsible AI practices, collaboration, and continuous improvementProvide coaching, performance management, career development, and resource allocationPromote alignment of engineering best practices across RPA and AI development disciplinesEmbed responsible automation principles into team development and onboardingProduct Management & Ownership:Serve as Product Owner for the Intelligent Automation capabilityMaintain the automation roadmap across rule-based, probabilistic, and hybrid solutionsEnsure backlog hygiene with clear feature definitions, refined user stories, and acceptance criteriaPrioritize work based on business value, risk, impact, and strategic objectivesPartner with Architecture and Quality teams to uphold engineering standards and lifecycle processesEnsure all automation solutions comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation and audit trails supporting compliance and incidentStakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities across RPA, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflowsFacilitate discovery workshops and intake sessions to understand business requirements and pain pointsTranslate business needs into actionable technical requirements for both RPA and AI engineering teamsCommunicate roadmap progress, risks, KPIs, and delivery timelines to stakeholders and senior leadershipOversee development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation solutionsEnsure adherence to best practices across RPA, AI model development, security, and responsible AI guidelinesREQUIREMENTS:To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listedRelevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
