Title: Senior Consultant, Supply Policy AnalysisLocation: Mark Center, Alexandria, VA (100% on-site with occasional telework)Clearance: Active SECRET Required Overview:We are seeking an experienced Policy Analyst to support the Supply Chain Risk Management Integration Center (SCRM-IC) within the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) mission-critical work focused on securing the enterprise supply chain against global threats. This role sits at the intersection of policy, intelligence, and operational risk, translating complex threat environments into actionable governance artifacts that strengthen supply chain resilience in contested operating environments and support program tasking and reporting requirements. In this role, you will research global threats, analyze vulnerabilities, and author governance and policy required to secure the enterprise's supply chains. Responsibilities: • Research and assess geopolitical, economic, and technological threat factors impacting enterprise and defense supply chains. • Analyze vulnerabilities across sourcing, manufacturing, testing, Logistics, sustainment, and supplier management to identify policy and governance gaps. • Develop and author governance frameworks, policies, standards, and strategic guidance to mitigate identified risks and enable consistent execution. • Support enterprise-level Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) strategies, including standards development and implementation of roadmaps aligned to mission needs. • Translate analysis into clear policy documentation and executive-ready briefings, including inputs suitable for leadership inquiries and formal reporting. • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure deliverables are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time in accordance with program requirements. Requirements: • Secret clearance required (active). • Bachelor's degree (or higher). • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. • Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, VA, up to 5 days/week (typical week 2–3 days on-site). • 5+ years writing and/or updating policy and governance documentation or legislative policy writing, reporting, and formal policy documentation. • Familiarity with supply chain operations and/or vendor/supplier threat management in a defense context. • Ability to apply supply chain concepts and integrate SCRM within broader logistics operations. Preferences: • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance. • Experience developing standards, playbooks, implementation guidance, or governance operating rhythms (e.g., decision forums, escalation paths, compliance checks). • Experience supporting high-tempo tasking workflows (e.g., action-item tracking, suspense management, and coordination across contributors).
