Hardware to Software Integration Engineer (Mid Level) Active TS SCI with Full Scope Poly Required On-site – no remote work available Shyft Solutions is hiring a Hardware to Software Integration Engineer to support a mission-focused program integrating hardware systems with modern software services. This role is centered on making systems work together. You will connect mission equipment to distributed software systems so it can be controlled, monitored, and understood in real time. The work spans hardware, software, and networking, with a strong focus on integration, testing, and system behavior. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving integration problems and working across hardware and software boundaries. You will spend your time figuring out how systems communicate, integrating new equipment, validating system behavior, and troubleshooting issues in complex environments.
