Vendor Program Sr. AnalystThe Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's third-party risk management policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners and other stakeholders in completing program requirements, maintains the program and procedures, and understands regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.Key Responsibilities and DutiesDrives performance and conducts oversight of vendor risk management lifecycle activities including risk assessment, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and terminationOversees activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure complianceReviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systemsPerforms analysis for program reporting and metrics and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.Assists in vendor issue disposition and resolutionCoordinates with other stakeholders including but not limited to sourcing, control partners, and risk partners to ensure smooth collaboration with vendorsEscalates issues or delays to management as neededCoordinates with business unit owners and control partners to prepare and present vendor due diligence results to the Supplier Risk Governance Committee as neededEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience2+ Years Required; 3+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level6ICRequired Qualifications:2+ years' experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliancePreferred Qualifications:3+ years' experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or complianceBachelor's Degree in business, legal, or other related disciplineMasters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related disciplineCertified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointExperience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferredKnowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies preferredLI-VM1Related SkillsAccountability, Communication, Critical Thinking, Due Diligence, Executive Presence, General Risk Management, Influence, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Vendor / Partner ManagementAnticipated Posting End Date:2026-05-08Base Pay Range: $59,800/yr - $83,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
