SummaryAs a Product Designer within the claims and claims adjudication systems space, this position plays a critical role in ensuring our products solve real customer problems in ways that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. The position will drive outcomes based on deeply understanding the needs, workflows, and challenges of our customers-translating those insights into thoughtful product experiences that drive measurable customer and business value.The position partners closely with product management and engineering as part of a product team, and advocates for the user while balancing technical, regulatory, and operational realities.Other responsibilities include monitoring industry trends, competitive offerings, building business cases for new capabilities, identifying opportunities for product improvement, and ensure the experience of our claims adjudication tools evolves to meet customer needs. You also provide design leadership and mentorship to team members, helping raise the overall quality and consistency of design across the product line.Your role in our missionActing product manager for core claims and encounters systems, focused on optimizing the user experience and customer value by improving usability, introducing automation and AI, and other concepts. Gathers, analyzes and prioritizes product and customer requirements, defines product vision and works closely with engineering, development and manufacturing to oversee and approve product designs, enhancements and quality. Designs user experience through human-centered design techniques, identifies product features and iterative deliverables. Measures ongoing usability of products, prioritizes improvements, and continuously partners with product manager and product team to drive continuous user experience improvements and value. Establishes milestones and deliverables and coordinates completion of all aspects of the product deliverables. What we're looking for12 or more years of experience in product management, software development, technical support, or consultingExperience with product systems design principlesExperience assessing client business and technology requirements and working with company software and hardware products and servicesStrong skills in product development methodologies such as vision and strategy, business area architecture, iterative custom development, package based development or accelerated application developmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize workStrong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Medicaid and/or healthcare industry claims adjudication, configuration and processing experienceWhat you should expect in this roleFully Remote OpportunityOpportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) NoteVideo cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.The deadline to submit applications for this posting is June 30, 2026The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
