This role supports terminal operations, manages QA technicians across multiple markets, and partners closely with the Sunoco Performance Products team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead investigations into consumer fuel quality issues and recommend reimbursement decisions.Provide guidance to Sunoco Insurance on claim handling.Manage QA technicians and inspection schedules.Direct inspections for routine compliance, suspected contamination, or cross?hauling concerns.Oversee laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and testing accuracy.Manage fuel testing programs for Performance Fuels, station samples, winter diesel, and terminal oversight.Advise terminal personnel on product quality standards and regulatory requirements.Assist with response to contamination incidents.Manage third?party inspection and testing orders.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related technical field.Minimum 8 years of experience in petroleum retail operations (compliance, product quality, delivery, or equipment engineering/maintenance).Project management and organizational leadership experience.Skills & AbilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to influence without direct authority.Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills.Working ConditionsPrimarily office?based environment.Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (up to 50%).Occasional overnight travel.
