Join Our Premier Pediatric & Specialized Hospital as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)! Are you a dedicated CRNA seeking an opportunity to deliver exceptional anesthesia care in a nationally ranked, specialty hospital? Our hospital specializes in complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck surgeries, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment where your skills make a life-changing difference every day. We re looking for passionate, team-oriented CRNAs to join our innovative anesthesia team, working 4+ shifts per week, with flexible scheduling options that support your work-life balance. Required Skills: Active Massachusetts RN License and certification as a CRNA ACLS certification Excellent clinical skills in anesthesia assessment, management, and evaluation Ability to manage complex cases, high-risk airways, and delicate pediatric and adult patients Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, with preference for candidates available for 4 or more shifts Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ENT, ophthalmology, or head and neck surgeries Teaching or academic experience Ability to handle challenging airway scenarios confidently Previous work in high-acuity or specialized surgical settings Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited anesthesia educational program Open to new grads eager to start their anesthesia careers with a leading specialty hospital Prior experience in complex surgical or high-risk airway management is advantageous Other Requirements: Current MA licensure in good standing Willingness to work day shifts (12pm-8pm), Monday through Friday Limited vacation approved for summer months (no more than one week) No weekend shifts required Parking allowance provided; travel and licensure reimbursements eligible as applicable This is your chance to be part of a passionate team dedicated to pioneering exceptional anesthesia care for some of the most complex and nuanced cases.
