This role ensures barriers to performance are identified and removed, enabling Supervisors and teams to operate effectively. The Production Manager supports Supervisor development, reviews performance trends to identify gaps, and coordinates resources to meet area needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring alignment across shifts and adjacent areas, completing Leader Standard Work, and actively supporting Daily Management Excellence (DME) activities.This position does not involve running daily containment, leading routine floor‐level problem solving, performing Supervisor duties, or stepping into daily operations except when necessary.What you will do:Responsible for:Managing area SQDIP performanceRemoving barriers impacting performanceSupporting Supervisor development and effectivenessReviewing performance trends and identifying gapsAligning resources to support area needsEnsuring alignment across shifts and areasCompleting Leader Standard WorkSupporting Daily Management Excellence (DME) activitiesNot Responsible For:Running daily containmentLeading routine problem solving on the floorPerforming Supervisor responsibilitiesStepping into daily operations except when necessaryWhat you will bring:Bachelor's degree preferred3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, management, or leadershipStrong understanding of SQDIP principles and the ability to manage performance across all elementsProven leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and support SupervisorsAbility to analyze performance trends, interpret data, and identify systemic gapsSkill in removing operational barriers and enabling teams to maintain stable performanceStrong resource‐planning and organizational skills to align staffing and capabilities across the areaAbility to ensure consistent standards and practices across shifts and adjacent functionsDemonstrated capability in completing Leader Standard Work and reinforcing operational disciplineExperience supporting and sustaining Daily Management Excellence (DME) practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‐functional coordinationAbility to make sound decisions based on data, team feedback, and operational needsHigh level of accountability, with the ability to drive improvements through leadership rather than direct interventionAbility to remain steady, objective, and effective in a fast‐paced, multi‐shift production environmentAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$108,236.66 - $151,479.99 Compensation Type:Salary Incentive Eligible:No Sales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
