Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive Compensation:Base salary of $90k–$125k (depending on experience) plus an annual bonus of $10k–$20kRelocation Package:One-time $10k relocation allowanceInnovative CultureJoin a small, passionate team in Silicon Valley that's committed to pushing the boundaries of quiet computing.Growth OpportunitiesShape the future of a growing company, build lasting relationships in the computer industry, and enjoy ample room for career advancement.Excellent BenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) retirement plan optionsCommuter benefitsOffice perks (fresh fruit, high-quality snacks, premium coffee and tea)Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick-Time Off (STO), Paid Holidays and Floating HolidaysResponsibilities Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies to support company growth, optimize costs, and maintain quality.Supplier ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and establish relationships with manufacturers and distributors; negotiate discounts and favorable payment terms while maintaining strong vendor partnerships.ProcurementOversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including price research, order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Cost-reductionLeverage tools like cashback programs, rewards points, special pricing agreements, and bulk purchasing to reduce component costs or improve payment ventory OwnershipMonitor and manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock and avoiding stockouts.Process ImprovementContinuously assess and refine supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and product requirements.Pricing StrategyRecommend component price updates to Product Management based on cost changes, market trends, and new opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of PC hardware components and the computer industryStrong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilitiesProficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and a basic understanding of databases and automationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with tools or platforms for monitoring component prices and dealsMeticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.You are a regular user of AI tools and are motivated to keep learning and applying the latest innovations to improve your work.Please Note: We are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
