With multiple locations in development, Nude Miami is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.Role DescriptionThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high health and safety standards, and upholding the brand's commitment to quality and wellness. The AGM will work collaboratively with the General Manager to implement strategies, manage inventory, and cultivate a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL.QualificationsExperience in team leadership, staff management, and fostering a positive workplace cultureStrong operational and organizational skills, including inventory management and schedulingCustomer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiencesPassionate about health, wellness, and sustainability, with an ability to uphold brand valuesProficiency in managing budgets, analyzing data, and making informed operational decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work non-traditional hours when requiredPrevious management experience preferred; experience in the food, beverage, or retail industry is a plusCompensation$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.To ApplyPlease send your resume and a short note on why you'd be a fit for Nude Miami.
