The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa & Boutique Manager to lead our Miami, Design District location. This is a key leadership role for someone with a demonstrated track record in building successful teams, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional luxury client experience. As both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, you will oversee the full operational, commercial, and experiential success of the boutique and spa, developing clientele, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performing, service-driven team. If you are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and have a genuine love for luxury skincare, this is an exciting opportunity for you!What you'll get to do:Own and drive the boutique's sales performance, achieving or exceeding all KPIs and revenue targetsAnalyze business reports (footfall, client conversion, service bookings, product sales) to optimize commercial strategyDevelop and execute local initiatives to increase traffic, bookings, and brand awarenessEnsure the delivery of a world-class, personalized customer experience aligned with Dr. Barbara Sturm brand standardsOversee the spa operations, including treatment scheduling, therapist management, room readiness, and service qualityChampion the use of clientelling to develop long-term, high-value client relationships and repeat businessResolve high-profile client queries and complaints with grace, discretion, and professionalismLead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail and spa team to deliver excellence across all touchpointsOversee all recruitment, training, performance reviews, scheduling, and ongoing developmentFoster a culture of accountability, motivation, and luxury service within the teamDeliver monthly coaching sessions and ongoing product knowledge and treatment trainingMaintain excellence in daily operations, including opening/closing, housekeeping, health and safety, and spa hygiene standardsEnsure accurate inventory management, overseeing deliveries, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkageManage POS systems, vendor relationships, back-of-house processes, and store maintenanceEnsure all team operations comply with health, safety, brand, and legal guidelinesUphold brand aesthetics through meticulous visual merchandising and boutique presentationAct as a brand ambassador, representing Dr. Barbara Sturm at events, VIP experiences, press days, and industry functionsCollaborate with marketing teams on local events, influencer visits, and social media activationsWe'd love to meet you if you have:Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail, spa, or beauty environmentsProven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to meet and exceed commercial targetsDeep understanding of the luxury skincare and spa space, with strong service and product knowledgeStrong commercial and operational acumen, with experience managing P&L, staffing, and inventoryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a true leader with emotional intelligenceHighly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in analyzing KPIs, forecasting, and converting data into actionable insightProficient in using modern POS, booking, and retail inventory systemsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail/spa periodsEEOC:Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment: At Puig, we are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to join our team.
