RESPONSIBILITIESConducts on-boarding calls for new corporate clients on company online university platformActs as the first point of contact for a corporate clients after the initial sale, and provides guidance through the onboarding processKeeps accurate data and notes in the CRM database for client information and detailsManages a Client Support team email inbox to answer client requests as quickly as possible (Zendesk)Learns company content in order to correctly coach clients on the materialParticipates in company events that host corporate clientsAnswering all inbound phone calls to the companyModerating events online for the company SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED preferredProfessional phone skillsSales experience a plusExperience in previous customer support roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and desire to help othersCompetent problem solverTechnical aptitude with the ability to learn software programsAbility to type around 40 words per minute, (wpm)Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, and DocsExperience with HubSpot or other customer relationship management software, a plusComputer software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac operating systems
