You will play a key role in shaping each guest's stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, attention to detail, and elevated standards of a boutique luxury property. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, guest-facing environment and takes pride in creating memorable, seamless experiences.What You Will Do:Serve as the primary on-property host, welcoming guests and setting the tone for their stayAnticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service throughout the guest journeyCoordinate arrivals, departures, and daily guest touchpoints with precision and careCollaborate across departments (culinary, housekeeping, grounds) to ensure a seamless experienceCurate and coordinate guest experiences, including dining, activities, and special occasionsIdentify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and add-onsHandle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and urgencyMaintain detailed and accurate guest information to support personalized serviceUphold brand standards and contribute ideas to continuously elevate the guest experienceWhat We Are Looking For:1+ years of hospitality or high-touch customer service experienceStrong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trustClose attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to anticipate needs rather than react to requestsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional communication skills (verbal and written)Confidence using computer systems and learning new platformsA genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiencesWhat Sets You Apart:Experience in boutique, luxury, or experience-driven hospitality environmentsConcierge, reservations, or guest engagement experienceA natural host mindset—you enjoy engaging with guests and creating meaningful momentsComfort with suggesting and enhancing guest experiences in a thoughtful, non-salesy waySchedule and Expectations:Full-time role (5 days per week)Weekend and holiday availability requiredThis is a highly guest-facing role requiring flexibility, energy, and a consistently positive presenceSupervisory Responsibility:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:This role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsFrequent standing, walking, and navigating stairs throughout the propertyRegular use of hands for handling materials, systems, and guest interactionsAbility to occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 poundsMaintain a polished, professional presence in a guest-facing environment at all timesAdditional Information:This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilitiesResponsibilities may evolve based on business needs and guest expectationsWhy Goodstone?Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is built on a commitment to excellence, creativity, and teamwork.
