Director of Rooms for a Luxury Hotel in ArizonaWe are seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division at a luxury resort property. This senior leadership role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across the property.What You'll Do• Lead and mentor Rooms Division teams to deliver seamless, high-quality guest service• Oversee room inventory, revenue optimization, and occupancy strategies• Implement and uphold brand standards, policies, and operational procedures• Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and departmental budgets• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to elevate overall property performance• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team• Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForMinimum Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent experience• 5+ years of progressive leadership in Rooms Division or similar environment• Proven success managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services• Strong knowledge of PMS and revenue management principles• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsPreferred Experience• Marriott systems experience• Background in resort settings and luxury/upper-upscale brands• Experience supporting highly demanding groups• Master's degree or hospitality certifications (e.g., CHA)• Familiarity with advanced revenue management and analytics tools• Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyCompensation• $ six figure 000 base salary• Annual performance-based bonus• Relocation bonus available• Open to candidates across North AmericaTo Apply:Please send your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to Mr. Steve Renard, President at Best regards,Stephen J.
