Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Savannah, GA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and optimize team performance while maintaining McDonald's standards. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring, training, and scheduling, monitoring food and beverage quality, and addressing customer needs. The manager will also handle inventory control, ensure operational compliance, and work towards achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to engage with guests and deliver a positive dining experience Experience in Food & Beverage management, ensuring quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations Strong Communication skills for effective team management and collaboration with staff and customers Knowledge of Hiring practices, including recruiting, training, and retaining team members Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward performance objectives Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in management or hospitality is a plus
