Opportunity:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Job Details:6-month contract position providing full-time anesthesia coverage40 hours of scheduled work per week with varying shift lengths (8, 10, and 12-hour shifts)Coverage includes 24-hour plus 16-hour shift per weekCall requirements: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per monthSchedule provided 6 weeks at a time with required Christmas holiday coverageSupervision-based anesthesia model with maximum 4:1 ratioWork across 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center rooms, plus specialty areas including cath labs, endoscopy, and radiologyPatient population includes adolescents, children, adults, and geriatrics with 90%+ over age 12Handle gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cranial, plastics, pulmonary, healthy pediatrics, ophthalmology, GI, structural hearts, EP, endoscopy, and interventional radiology casesMust be comfortable with Level II Trauma casesPerform spinal blocks but not regional anesthesia/blocksOccasional opportunity for arterial lines (not required)Board certification and 1 year minimum experience requiredDEA and CSR requiredEPIC electronic medical record systemFacility:This 378-bed regional medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a robust anesthesia department supporting multiple specialty areas.
