Required Skills: Valid North Carolina RN license with CRNA certificationMinimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)Board certification in anesthesia (CRNA)ACLS and PALS certificationsAbility to float and work across multiple ORs and NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)Strong skills in general anesthesia with preferred experience in hearts, vascular, neuro, and pediatricsProficiency with Drager anesthesia machines, Philips monitoring, and EPIC EMR systemsFlexibility to work full-time, 5x8-hour shifts, including holidays, with a willingness to adjust schedule as neededNice to Have Skills: Experience in cardiovascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesiaPrior working experience in a hospital setting with high patient volumeAbility to quickly adapt to various anesthesia scenarios and equipmentPreferred Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program1+ years of hands-on anesthesia practice in a busy hospital environmentOther Requirements: Willingness to license for Compact license only (no travel reimbursement required)Ability to work flexible hours with no mandatory consecutive daysCertification and licensure must be current and maintained throughout employmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate of $214.50 with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, and generous bonus programs including holiday pay and OT considerations.
