Floor Manager – Food & Beverage • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually • Location: Georgetown, Washington, D.C. • Schedule: Primarily weekday afternoon and evenings • Benefits: Most weekends and major holidays off, bonus structure, additional perks • Experience: 3+ years hospitality or food & beverage management preferred • Environment: Private members club / luxury hospitality Executive Branch is seeking a polished, highly capable Floor Manager to oversee food & beverage operations within one of Washington’s most high-profile private membership environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, understands elevated service standards, leads calmly under pressure, and takes pride in creating a seamless member experience. The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, detail-oriented, discreet, and confident managing both staff and VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee nightly dining room and bar operations • Lead and manage front-of-house service staff • Maintain exceptional service standards and member experience • Coordinate closely with kitchen, events, and membership teams • Assist with VIP service and high-profile guest management • Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the club • Handle member requests and operational issues with professionalism and urgency • Support training, scheduling, and staff accountability • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times Qualifications: • 3+ years of food & beverage or hospitality management experience • Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or high-end restaurants preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments • Detail-oriented with strong operational instincts • Professional appearance and demeanor • Flexible during key event evenings when needed Executive Branch values professionalism, discretion, hospitality, and strong leadership.
