Pazza Market & Cucina – La Jolla / UTC (San Diego) Pazza Market & Cucina is an authentic Italian restaurant located in the UTC area, currently hiring  2 experienced line cooks  to join our kitchen team: - Pizza Cook (wood-fired / high-volume experience preferred) - Pasta / Line Cook (sauté + fresh pasta experience required) We are a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen focused on quality and consistency. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
