Food & Beverage Team Leader - 20/hr!

Who we are looking forAn experienced food & beverage operator who enjoys creating a positive experience for team members and delivering a quality and safe product to our guests. Demonstrated experience in managing administrative duties such as executing daily operational checklists, training employees, scheduling employee breaks, and operating in position as required. This position will be responsible for leading day to day operations for a concession stand and providing food & beverage services for private events, birthday parties, and group visits.Qualities should include a servant leadership style, commitment to delivering quality guest experience, and ability to push ego to the side when it's time to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty as we bring a special theme park to life for the families and community of Dallas-Fort Worth.The deliverables you will be tasked withCompleting daily operational checklists related to the opening, operation, and closing of food & beverage operations.Efficiently scheduling and administer breaks to employees corresponding with guest volume.Ensuring the on time set up and strike down of all catering packages included in private events, group packages, and birthday parties.Train employees on how to perform their job duties across concession stand and catering operations.Support the Assistant General Manager of Operations in administrative duties including conducting inventory.Working in operational positions as required.Being a service role model and contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.Other duties as assigned (as mentioned, we operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere!)How your success will be measuredPer cap spending and cost of goods sold for concession stand operations.Employee turnover and retention rate.Dig World's guest ratings across major guest review engines.Flawless scores and reputation with the Texas Department of State Health Services and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.What we valueAt Dig World, we operate with integrity, excellence, humility, and respect in everything we do.
