Discover more on , Twitter and LinkedIn Global Group Director, Media MeasurementRole Context:We are looking for a talented Media Measurement (Research & Analytics) Group Director to join our Colgate Global leadership team in NYC. In this role, you will be responsible to manage client relationships; work collaboratively within the WPPCP Integrated team, and support and guide the global WM Measurement and Analytics community working on CP.You are curious and always eager to learn. You are excited by the challenges that the industry is facing and want to help your clients continue to evolve their media approach to drive more effective outcomes. You understand how to present complex concepts in a simple way and have become a data storyteller, capable of inspiring our clients and our teams.Core Responsibilities: Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap across media measurement solutions in collaboration with the Colgate global clients Partner with clients to deliver thought leadership, look for new ways to enhance, develop or execute data-driven solutions and insights through audience, measurement, advanced analytics strategy and, business analysis, driven by partners and technologies Develop strategic relationships with clients by providing support to solve broad strategic marketing problems, Become a trusted advisor to clients and consult on growth opportunities and identify new way to use data to solve business challenges and support growth Support, enable and lead the global WM measurement and analytics teams working on CP Building and launching a systematic Test and Learn approach that can be productised and universally applied across the CP account Input into establishing simple processes that enable the fast and agile extraction of insights from measurement to ensure continuous learning and improvement related to outcomes from media Create a global community across CP where best practices, results and opportunities are continuously shared and optimized Contribute to Client Growth plan through strategic and actionable inputs strengthening client relationship and satisfaction.Required Skills / Experience: 8-10 years + relevant work experience in research, data, insights, analytics, advanced analytics and technology with expertise in digital media Experience working with Nielsen, Kantar, etc as measurement solutions Thought leader + Doer Passion for online advertising and emerging technologies in the digital landscape Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with strong work ethic Comfortable working in ambiguous situations to determine new solutions and opportunities Confident decision-making framework, ability to clearly define best path forward for the situation at hand Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience leading, training, and growing a team with diverse skillsets (ideally a global team across multiple teams and markets) Confident speaking to groups with varying analytics backgrounds and distilling complicated analytics/data concepts Creative problem solver The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Strategic Thinker & DoerThe base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $125,000 to $295,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
