Maintenance Electrician

We are looking for people that are self-starters, and people that like making a difference in an organization through change and innovation.Successful electrician candidates will be primarily responsible for the construction and repair of electrical circuits needed to maintain an efficient, productive, and safe manufacturing environment.Responsibilities include performing a full range of electrical and electronics duties including, but not limited to:Troubleshooting industrial AC & DC electronic drivesPLC’s, and control systems; conduit installationAssist with continuous improvement projectsControl panel constructionElectrical preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot instrumentation devices and related signals (4-20ma &, 0-10vdc)Other duties as required.Heavy lifting, pushing, pullingLong term standingAbility to work independently and in a teamHigh school diploma or its equivalentMinimum 4 years experience as an electrician in an industrial settingTravel between three facilities (all within 4 miles) as needed.Journeyman’s card or equivalent technical degreeCandidates must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and/or swing shifts as required Monday through Sunday.A background check, pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screen is required.Qualified candidates will have to pass an Electrician Test performed at Fox Valley Technical College.Luvata Appleton LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and considers all applicants for employment based on non-discriminatory, job-related factors.
