Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Faculty - Norfolk, VAEVMS Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is recruiting for an Assistant Professor ideally to serve as Chief/Medical Director and teaching attending physician in its Addiction Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic with a culturally diverse patient population. The applicant will provide clinical leadership in addictions treatment in the outpatient clinic staffed by multidisciplinary clinicians and trainees and serve as an expert resource for the Sentara Healthcare System.Note: A general psychiatrist without an addiction specialty is also welcome to apply.We are seeking a highly qualified individual who is board-certified or board-eligible and has completed an ACGME certified residency program in Psychiatry. Virginia medical license and DEA are required. The successful candidate will have outstanding clinical skills and a commitment to the provision of high-quality compassionate patient care, medical education, and clinical research.US-VA-Norfolk
