Maintenance I Arbuckle CA This is an hourly position Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance II in Maintenance department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in all maintenance of machinery Plant wide Welding Braze weldStick and mig weld. And cut withacetylene and plasma torch inanyfabrication process required. Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently Ensuring safe operations Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures Assist in completing JSA's Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Ability to manage a diverse team Able to communicate with all levels of the organization Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions Train new hires Can work overtime each day All other duties assigned by management Qualifications Ability work under pressure, well with others Good attendance. Basic Computer skills Forklift qualified Call back 24/7 Must not be afraid of heights Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Respectful, positive attitude Strong work ethic Must be self-motivated Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills Bilingual is a plus Physical Requirements: This position requires walking or standing for extended periods of time. The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels. This position requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.
