Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Practice Builder with 12+ years of experience to join Kimley-Horn of DC! This is not a remote position.The qualified individual will lead and expand a MEP team and practice while building and managing relationships with key clients.Requires the ability to oversee the HVAC design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients.Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunitiesAbility to work individually or in a multi-discipline teamMentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects12+ years of related experienceRegistered Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenseExperience mentoring and coordinating the work of EITs, designers, and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projectsExperience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking abilityBase Salary Range:$160,000 - $200,000Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
