Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks depending on project at construction site. The ideal candidate has a sense of ownership, is enthusiastic, is honest, and shows pride in their work and in being part of a team.Job Duties:Demo if required, clean site, and prepare job site.Loadingunloading materials on work trucksGather product, supplies and tools ready to complete assigned workAll installation work to be performed according to work order specificationsTimeliness of install work to be done at or earlier than stated installation hours per jobSafety practices must be applied to at all timesFollow directions from the Crew Leader to complete tasks related to the project.Be able to understand the task at hand to complete it accurately and efficiently.Keep tools up to date and inform Project Managers if tools need to be replaced.Assist Crew Leader with any various tasks related to the project.Experience:Skilled Labor: 3 years (Preferred)Construction: 3 years (Preferred)Physical RequirementsJob Site Requirements:Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSignMay be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 poundsMust posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified aboveMust be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areasMust have full range of motion consistent with ageMust be able to climb and maintain balance laddersMust be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noisesVisual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfacesSafetySteel toe shoes are required.Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
