Kforce has an enterprise level client in Redmond, WA that is looking for a remote UX Motion Designer working in PST time zone.nnSummary:nThe client is looking for a candidate who thrives at in-house creation, design, and production of digital/multimedia creative assets. The UX Motion Designer will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas around motion, 3D, & Digital (UI/UX) to cross-functional teams. The candidate partners with the product and brand team to lead and develop multimedia assets through a variety of tactics. This person demonstrates dedication, persistence, and passion for relevant, groundbreaking creative for brand. The UX Motion Designer understands business objectives and identifies new opportunities. They will start to have a creative POV, contributing ideas to team brainstorms and helping innovate the work. The client is looking for a technician with specific skill sets who is a strong visual storyteller.nnResponsibilities:n Brings big ideas and leads in content and/or structural brainstormingn Aware of current design and industry trends in the multimedia space; Brings ideas that solve for the futuren Leads the in-house creation, design, capture, and production of digital/multimedia creative assets including 3D assets, Graphical user interfaces (GUIs), Website assets (interface and visual content), Banner ad units, Video, audio, Motion graphic, and videon Balances the desire to do groundbreaking creative work on tight timing with a responsibility to achieve resultsn Effectively communicate art direction and production nuances as it applies to multimedia workn Oversees the design, execution, and production of internal presentation decks while also doing the workn Assists all creative teams in delivering display concepts, 3D structural concepts, and art compsn Creates print-ready and/or web-ready files for creative teamn Collaborates with cross-functional team members and helps lead projects
