Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is delighted to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant. We are seeking qualified candidates who thrive in a hospitality environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the clubs managed by Troon.Pay: $7.75 + tipsDuties and Responsibilities:- Must have a strong customer/guest orientation, prioritizing positive interactions and experiences.- Must be dependable, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in all assigned tasks.- Ability to learn and aid the enforcement of course policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a smooth member experience.- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions for accurate task execution.- Maintains a professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of the golf operations team.- Ensures golf carts are clean and available for member and guest use at all times, contributing to a seamless golf experience.- Cleans and maintains the cart and bag storage areas, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the golf facilities.- Maintains driving range and short-game area standards throughout the day.- Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Professionals, contributing to the overall success of the golf operations team.The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inviting golf atmosphere, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for members and guests.Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.- Must be able to stand for extended periods.- Repetitive motion required including computer entry.- Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner.- Normal vision and hearing required.
