Maintenance Staff

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time Building Maintenance staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. $14 per hour Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Staff:Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor terior and exterior painting.Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.Cleans windows.Event set-up and takedown.Performs other duties as required. Other Qualifications:2+ years experience.Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.Carpentry skills.Able to climb ladder.Able to lift up to 50 pounds.Regular and reliable attendance.
