Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Child and Family Therapist to be part of our Integrated Care Team.A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Responsibilities include:Providing evidence based psychotherapy interventionsProviding clinical assessment and treatment planningCrisis support as needed within parameters of an outpatient clinicCompletion of administrative tasks such as documentation and case managementParticipation in team meetingsLicensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)2 years clinical work experience preferredAbility to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plansExperience in individual and group therapy including recovery workExcellent listening and communication skillsExperience with Electronic Health Records preferredBilingual a plusAt Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
