We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading by example, ensuring our clients experience the best of what Drybar has to offer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire fellow stylists while driving the team towards achieving our goals.Has a preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a leader in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license in IndianaHas strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused cultureIs able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for allIs coachable but also comfortable with providing feedback to their team of stylistsHas a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with easeIf you are excited about the prospect of sharing your love for hair styling and are jumping up and down with joy at the thought of joining our shop, then we want to hear from you!Requirements:A great listener, leader and someone that can think quickly and is focused to problem solvingMust be comfortable with using technolgy; the Google platform is our core system for creating schedules, templates and for some operational reporting. You must feel comfortable with using technologyCan work at least 5 days a week, including Saturdays, some Sunday's, if neededLeading by example- you are the leader and the example for your stylists. Having a positive mindset and attitude is key.
