Growth opportunities available!Apply online or contact us to hear why our employees appreciate being part of the Knauf family!Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved Load and unload materials such as packaging supplies and finished goods to the proper warehouse area Operate forklift/clamp/industrial truck in a safe manner to move material, products and other items to designated areas Record materials or items received or distributed and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork including move sheets, load sheet, etc. Review customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed Label material with identifying information, as well as monitor outgoing finished products Count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards, accuracy and rotation of date codes Use computer to enter records and maintains inventory records Safely operate a forklift and other powered industrial vehicles and perform quipment checksParticipate in any scheduled downtime, which includes cleaning equipment and designated areas throughout the plantEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Minimum of One (1) year warehouse/ forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.It is the policy of Knauf Insulation to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic prohibited by applicable law.
