This is a fantastic 15 year old site located in Scarsdale with free parking. WE ARE NOT CONVENIENT FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONYou must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can reach established sales targets.You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospective members face to face.You will be one of the public faces of the location, welcoming guests, selling them the facility and ultimately signing them up as members.We are open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work up to 30-40 hours a week, which may include shift patterns and weekends.You will report to the Manager/Owner and the hourly salary will be supplemented by a target driven BONUS.Hourly rate will grow regularly for the right individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently. We offer FREE employee massages and facials.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Present Wellness Program to all new guests of the facility: conducts intake, communicates with therapists and estheticians, conducts wellness presentation customized to client's needsUnderstand and apply the sales processUnderstand and apply strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.) and product offerings (massage modalities, facials, retail products)Greet guests and members as they enter the clinicEfficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointmentsPromptly and professional answer the phoneEffectively and efficiently book appointmentsUnderstand, believe in and uphold Massage Envy's Service EssentialsAssist in maintaining cleanliness of the facilityMaintain client filesJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour*ME SPE Franchising, LLC (“ME SPE”) is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations.
