Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with at least 5 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment with CNC machinery. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, safety, and efficiency across our facility. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, support equipment, and facility infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, malfunctions, or potential safety hazards. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and parts inventory. Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and shop floor improvements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with CNC equipment. Familiarity with PLCs, machine controls, and automated systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Solid understanding of safety protocols and maintenance best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with brands such as Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC systems. Trade school certification or technical training in maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
