Carpenter Generalist

CityLight Commercial Services is a residential property maintenance company that serves the needs of residential property management companies. We are a part of the 6am CoreCollective group of companies that specialize in all aspects or property management. Carpenters/Generalist will complete variety of tasks assigned to them. Carpenters are very important to the success of CityLight. This is a full time job with great benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will be reimbursed gas and mileage traveling to worksites, and receive a phone allowancealong with all our other great benefits! To be Successful you must: * Have 3-5 years experience in Carpentry and residential maintenance* Be available to work some weekends and overtime as needed * Provide your own tools (drills, hammer, etc.) * Be in possession of a smartphone and have the ability to work off apps * Be able to pass a background check &pre-employment drug screen * Excel on both verbal and written communication * Have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance * Must have a valid Driver's License Duties Include Repairing or placing * Sheetrock * Roofing shingles * Floors and Tile work * Fascia * Soffits * Gutters * Some concrete work * Bathroom tubs * Bathroom tile work * Minor Electrical * Learning to repair gas pipe * Learning HVAC * Preventative Maintenance * Hanging Doors * Trash Outs * Possibly Lawncare * Install Appliances Great customer service skills * Be able to take pictures, write clear notes, and upload them to the phone app * Maintain safe and clean environment * Perform high quality work at a fast pace * Work independently with less to zero supervision 6amCoreCollective is an Equal Opportunity Employer
