You’ll work alongside a team that values precision, efficiency, and collaboration to keep our operations running at peak performance.What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):Run machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely.Assemble, inspect, and package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards.Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a plus—but a strong work ethic is a must!A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure readingWisenbaker Builder Services is a family-owned industry leader in stylish, on-trend interior finishes for residential builders.
