East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.East West Bank is currently seeking a GTP Sales Associate who will be responsible for supporting GTP Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers introducing treasury management solutions to customers. The Sales Associate will serve as the primary sales support partner for multiple GTP Consultants to drive revenue and new deposits focusing on commercial banking, corporate and specialty industry verticals.Prepare proformas, product proposals, relationship reviews and RFPs.Analyze client activity, including client deposits, fee activity to proactively identify client deepening opportunitiesCustomer facing support to propose banking services to commercial and corporate customers in a wide range of treasury solutions including online banking, remote deposit, fraud prevention products, lockbox, merchant card processing, payment solutions and cash vaultGather Industry information and conduct Client ResearchCore or single product sales to clientsSubmit, track and follow up on implementation requestsMaintain thorough knowledge of all Bank products and servicesTrack new exception pricing requests through approval process and manage renewalsAssist internal and external customers with account analysis statement reviewAct as liaison with GTP Consultant and other GTS departments as neededProvide back up for GTPC when out of the office on sales callsPerforms other duties as assigned.Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in Financial Services/Treasury ManagementBachelor's Degree or equivalent preferredProfessional working proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus.Must be able to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressureMust organize and coordinate multiple assignments and follow through to completion while ensuring a consistent customer experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as written)Must have strong time management skills and be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekendsAbility to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the communityStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word).#LI-MA1The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr.
