As an Age Verification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations surrounding the sale of tobacco and alcohol to minors. What you get to do: · Ensure assignments are diligently checking customer identification as mandated by relevant regulations without disclosing your identity as a secret shopper.· Observe the customer checkout process discreetly to determine whether employees are correctly checking customer identification when age-restricted products or services are involved.· Accurately document your findings and assess whether the business is following relevant legal requirements and company policies regarding customer ID verification.· Prepare detailed and timely reports after each evaluation, including specific feedback on areas of compliance and areas that may need improvement.· Maintain open communication with the project coordinator to provide updates on evaluation schedules and any issues encountered during the secret shopping process. What you need to be successful:· Punctuality and consistency in completing assignments as scheduled.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare comprehensive reports.· Anonymity.
