Branch Manager Job Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall administration, leadership, and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch. This includes operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in accordance with the bank's objectives. The role involves managing a team, growing the branch's customer base, and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a customer-centric and sales-driven culture. Operations & Compliance Ensure daily operations of the branch run smoothly and in accordance with bank policies. Maintain security and confidentiality of customer and branch information. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and audit standards. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address and resolve complex customer issues or complaints effectively. Promote a high standard of customer service. Financial Oversight Manage branch budgets and expenses to ensure profitability. Monitor and analyze financial reports to track performance metrics. Prepare reports for senior management as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of banking experience Proven track record in sales, customer service, and financial management.
