Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Provide management oversight of team or support on the following systems/technologies (but not limited to) + Full control and responsible for performance on requirements + Responsible for personnel management on program + Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar size/scope + Experience in supervising large IT service contracts + Experience in management of system modernization projects + Collaboration with customers, partners, and other stakeholders + Experience in cost control and management of technical and financial reports (weekly/monthly) We are going after 2 Functional Categories and need a Program Manager for both: FC4 u2013 Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunication, Tier 2/3 system administration/engineering services + Network or Telecom FC5 u2013 Enterprise Service Desk, Tiers 0/1/2 support services, end-user support, Desktop services to include, but not limited to Asset Management + Service Desk REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Minimum Bacheloru2019s degree in related field; preferred Masteru2019s degree in IT or MBA + Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts + Minimum 10 years of experience + ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM + U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP SECRET) Overview We are seeking a Program Manager to join and lead our Federal team.
